In my 62 years, I can remember only two times that I’ve left my cleaning appointment laughing and virtually pain-free. Both times were with Taylor. In fact, when asked if I had a preference of hygienist, I said, “I like the man…” (it had been a year and a half!! I couldn’t remember his name.). He reminded me AND gave me his card. Oh yeah!!! And he gave me a beautiful smile to go with it! Thank you Taylor! And I have to give a shout-out to Dr. Tran! He’s genuinely kind and interested in his patients. He just really goes that extra mile to provide great care.

They were patient,kind,and genuinely concerned for me. Even when I wasn't so nice to them.(I'm so sorry Allie) Dr. Trann is such an extraordinary human and an amazing dentist!!! I will Never go anywhere else for my dental work. The fees are reasonable and the time it took to bring back my smile was so fast! I have a very special dental family now. Thank you to all of you. I had lost a filling on my family vacation so I called the first dentist closest to my family's home. Not only did they help me out within a couple hours, but I wasn't charged any sort of emergency penalty and I was able to get my tooth fixed as well as a cleaning that I had scheduled back in LA for four weeks after my visit here! The staff is very friendly including Jen and everyone else at the front desk. Taylor the hygienist is extremely easy to work with and does his best to keep you calm even if you don't have dentist anxiety. Overall the place is clean, welcoming, and trustworthy. I'm definitely driving from LA up here for my check ups from now on. Worth the drive for me.

I think he best hygienist work at Dr. Tran's office, Taylor being my one of my favorites. He genuinely cares about my teeth and he listened to my concerns with my gum line. He gave me some suggestions for what I should do. Now that same day I also had a new crown put in, Dr.. Tran was super efficient getting my crown in. He and his assistant whose name I didn't catch did a great job. Looking forward to seeing them in 6 months for my next cleaning.

He did not poke my gums AT ALL while performing my cleaning but still managed to be incredibly thorough. That's not typical in my experience. Great customer service they treat you as they want to be treated it is very important they also are very friendly and accommodating I am very anxious sitting in one place the first procedure took a little bit longer than I expected but at the end I was pain free two weeks later I got my crown put in looks nice I am pleased I will be back next week for a couple of fillings replaced hope this review helps you make a decision and those being the doctors at Ivory Dental they have other locations as well.

I went in for a 5:30 appointment leaving my family during the frenzy of dinner feeling rushed and in pretty foul mood. The front desk quickly assured me that they would try and get me out of there as quickly as possible. Taylor, the hygienist, was super pleasant and friendly and quickly changed my mood. Dr. Tran followed and was quick, precise, but made sure to check in with me to make sure my health was overall ok. I truly appreciated their professionalism. It was not their fault I booked a late appointment and had a hectic day, but they went out of their way to turn things around. They are fantastic!

The staff are very professional and friendly and the office is clean and modern. Dr. Ricky is very friendly and cares about his patients. He ensured that I was comfortable and in no pain, while I received my fillings. Bonus! If your looking for the best Dental Hygienist in the area, look no further. Taylor performed my deep cleaning and he was very professional and caring. He ensured that I was numb and comfortable through the whole procedure. i really loved this place e Dr Rick Tran amazing. He helped me when i was i so much pain from other denist at Speckles never again will i go there. I had a tooth extraction in pain for 11 days i went back to them they didn't help. So Dr Tran found my problem it was dry pockets help so much better. I very much recommend them
Manteca Dental Care has some of the best staff I've came across in awhile. They're accommodating and they do their best at making such an uncomfortable process feels much more comforting. Michelle, was hilarious and did an amazing job. Making sure I was ok every step of the way. Their movie selection is pretty good as well. Dr. Tran took his time at making sure he chose the best group of individuals to place on his team. I got a laser treatment of gums. I'll be scheduling my next appointment soon.

I just had my visit at the Manteca Dental Care facility. 5 out of 5 star experience! The staff was warm and friendly. It was my first visit. It was an easy process to fill out the new patient forms. I was greeted with smiles and friendly personalities. Erika Hernandez took me on a tour of the facility to allow me to get a good feel of the area and the staff. A painless and comfortable X-ray process was done. She checked on my comfort levels throughout the process and explained the steps she was taking throughout the process. I was focused more on the movie than the actual process. Before I knew it she was all done and ready for the Dr. to step in and preform his exam. Dr. Wang was extremely professional! He introduced himself and gave me a little description of the process then asked if I had any questions. The exam was thorough yet didn't feel like a drag. He told me what type of steps would be needed in order for me to protect my current teeth and the steps needed and recommended in order to ease any discomfort from future problems. I felt so comfortable at this point with them that I asked if we could do a clean-up while I was there. The staff was awesome and squeezes me into their schedule right there and then! Taylor was the gentleman that assisted me with my clean-up. He was very informative, and respectful of my comfort levels. From time to time he would make sure my comfort was still top notch and it was. He explained it all from the beginning so there were no surprises throughout the procedure. Many people avoid the dentist due to previous experiences, I promise you, Dr. Wang and his staff will make you change your mind. Warm, friendly, caring, and genuine people work at this facility! Take care of your teeth, its never too late, and trust the amazing staff of Manteca Dental Care with your smile and oral health! My next visit is already set in Dec. I have been with Dr. Tran since he started his business in 2006. I was with Dr. Richmond before he bought the business from her. He has maintained the same atmosphere of a friendly doctor owned business for all these years. His dedication and honesty make his business very successful. He has passed his enthusiasm and dedication on to all his employees. He also somehow put me out of a lot of money by influencing both my kids to attend UCLA, his alma mater. The staff is very accommodating and they really do work with your schedule, especially the janitor(treatment coordinator) Rachel. We have also found a hygienist that we also like working with (Michelle). They actually listen to your criticism and work with there staff to correct the situation. I have know Dr. Tran since he started in Manteca and recommend him with 100 percent confidence.

I can't say enough about this dental office ! From the person at the front desk to Dr Tran My daughter had an appt at a different office to get her wisdom teeth out Well the other office kept putting it off and she was in horrible pain. I called the office explained the problem and asked if they could help. The first thing she said was come in for a free consultation. I told her about my daughters pain , her response was no way will Dr Tran let her leave in pain. Everyone knows you can't get your wisdom teeth out in one day , right ? NO not true . I called the office at 12:30 she had an appt at 2:30 by 5:00 all 4 of her wisdom teeth were removed. I highly recommend DrTran for your dental needs. The whole office was second to none I would personally like to thank everyone in the office and especially Dr Tran for treating her just like she was family. Thank you thank you. Now back to getting her some jello

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Not only that, but Dr. Rick Tran is the BEST dentist ever!!! ALL of his staff members are also AMAZING!!! They go above & beyond to make your life easy. I'm from the East Bay & found this place while visiting friends in Manteca. I was having a really bad toothache that day, so my friends recommended me this place. I called in & explained my situation. The clerk immediately squeezed me in to see Dr. Tran for that day. She said Dr. Tran was actually fully booked, but since my situation needed immediate attention, she was able to squeeze me in. She didn't want me to be in pain overnight since I won't be going back to East Bay to see my dentist until the next morning. The staff were very friendly & greeted me when I came in. There were big screen TV in every room with a movie showing. I get very nervous during dental procedures, but Dr. Tran was amazing! I mean AMAZING!!! He made me feel right at home & calmed my nerves. I have never met a dentist that was able to do that. I didn't even feel like I was in a dental office getting a procedure done. The quality of his dental work is also excellent!!! It is so hard to find a great dentist like Dr. Tran. I have been coming here for a few years now & every experience has been wonderful. I have stopped seeing my dentist in the East Bay & would rather drive to Manteca to get Dr. Tran to do my dental work. I really like that they focus on preventive care. They let me know what dental work needs to be done & what I might want to do later to prevent cavities from getting worse. But they don't pressure me to get anything done. They leave it up to me how I want to handle my dental health. I really like this approach because knowing all my dental issues ahead of time, I can plan what dental work I want to do now vs later. I rather take care of any major cavity issues now than pay more down the line if I end up loosing the tooth and have to get an expensive implant. With the information they give me about my gums & cavities, I feel that I have full control over my dental health. Other pros: They do really fun things like raffles tickets for gifts. Sometimes, the gift was even a huge flat screen TV!!! There is also a little play area for kids! If you have kids, this is a great dental office for you. The staff are amazing with kids. They have stickers & other things for them. Dr. Tran is a father & really knows how to calm the kids. They also send out this fun newsletters with really interesting dental facts & they remember your birthday because you get birthday cards. They truly treat you like a family of their own. I can go on & on about all the great things about this place, but you really have to see it for yourself. They have a new patient referral package with a really great price. You will not regret getting your dental work here!

I needed a teeth cleaning and now that I turned 23, I no longer have any dental insurance. This business offered a teeth cleaning with other commodities such as an exam and X-Ray for only 75$. Pretty good deal. The office was clean and kept. I entered all my patient health information online previous to arriving, so I was able to be seen in around 5 minutes. I was given a tour and was informed what procedures would be performed. Any questions I had were answered by either the hygienist or dental assistant. The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and provided good patient education. The whole process took around 1.5 hours, which isn't bad for a X-Ray, exam, and cleaning. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean. No surprises or hidden fees (which I've had issues with before at other establishments). I'll happily come back for my cleaning in 6 mo and would recommend this practice to anyone in there area. Protip:Go on their website and enter your PHI before arriving, it speeds up the process.

As soon I walked in I was greeted. I filled out paper work for 5 mins and it's better than 20 lol. I was totally late and they took me in anyways. There was no wait and the accommodations was comfy. It felt great to talk to the ladies taking care of me... Mr. Tran is man told me what I needed to here with grace. Didn't feel judged and felt extremely thorough. Here is were my teeth will call home lol. Except my wisdom teeth he's says yall got to go.. lol

There is nothing to love about getting work done at a dentist! I can honestly say, since coming to Manteca Dental I have not had any problems or anxiety with having my teeth worked on! Example, needed four crowns, had them all done in one trip and it was a long procedure but the staff and Dr are amazingly compassionate and understanding! I HIGHLY recommend Rick and his amazing team at Manteca Dental! All my experiences are a good one!

We called up got a quote he did the free consultation, as promised, and boom got done. The guy was very professional, it was quick and it didn't hurt, definitely recommend. Didn't require long lead time for an appointment or rip-off dental insurance. We called around to get quotes and this office gave the best value. Called 7 different places in Manteca... Office was very clean, had complementary drinking water, toys for kids.

We are new to California and I was dreading having to find a good dentist for our family. I did some research online and decided I would start off with Manteca Dental Care, given they had the best reviews. Well, after the first visit was over, I knew that was the end of my search! Oh my gosh, everyone, and I mean everyone was so incredibly friendly and all smiles! It wasn't easy to get my 4 year old in the chair to do a procedure, but they made him feel so comfortable. He now begs me to take him to the Dentist!

want the short review? scroll down. want to know why i give them 5*? read on!! ok, so a little about me, i'm a pussy. like, i hate needles, i hate the dentist i hate blood and i can't take pain. this is why i held off on my wisdom teeth extractions for like 5+ years....not only that, i also needed an implant and was scared to DEATH about it. i needed to find someone that would put me under. [to give you an understanding of how much of a wus i am, my mom had to pay an extra $300.00 for me to get a root canal bc the dentist had to close the doors and have each of his assistance/staff come in to calm me down.] i posted on facebook about needing a dentist that would be able to put me under and low and behold, a friend told me about rick. turns out i met him and his wife before!! i had NO idea he was a dentist when we met. anyways, she had him call me and i explained what i needed (2 extractions, 1 implant, deep cleaning, a crown replaced and 2 fillings.) the implant and extractions were what i held off for too long. i set up an appointment for him to check out my teeth and he was like "no problem. i got this" i told him i needed to be put under bc i was such a scaredy cat. he even took a picture of my wisdom teeth, and oh my god....they're disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! now i see why they told me i was out of time lol ok, so the procedure. i got the sedation where it's not an IV, you take a pill...it's a disgusting pill btw, and although they said that i won't remember anything and i'll be asleep, i was awake and i pretty much remember everything (this, is my fault i should have told them that i'm not sensitive to medication and usually need an extra dose of everything) but dr. tran was very attentive and saw when i was feeling some pain and quickly gave me a shot of whatever it is they use to numb you. they also gave me more of that disgusting pill to keep me sedated. it's now the day after and i have 2 holes in my mouth and a screw lol. i researched him online, and saw bad comments from a few years ago, and a couple other out-dated reviews but i gave him a shot. i didn't feel like emphasizing my hatered of pain and needles to anyone else. and dr. tran said he can get everything done at once, everyone else was like "naaah, come 2 or 3 times" pfft. im scared bro. i don't wanna keep coming back!! i came from LA to stay in San Jose to come see this guy. and i do not regret it at all. true, i may be doped up right now but i'm soo thankful it was all done at once and i don't have to worry anymore. not to mention, his prices are very fair. dental treatment is expensive but getting it all done in 1 sitting was worth it for me. he was the third cheapest quote i found but the cheapest guy told me i have to come in 3x and well, i was already kind of hesitant of going with the lowest priced doctor....."you get what you pay for" right? well, not with dr. tran! do i recommend these guys to you? damn right i do!! the only thing i don't like is that dr. rick is so far from my san jose house. i'd switch dentists right away. thank you guys! thank you soooooo much!!

Dr. Tran specializes in Implants, Bone grafts, Cosmetic dentistry, Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Sleep Apnea studies, Night guard treatment to help treat TMJ, and One Day Crowns! This is a great office, and the staff will take great care of you and your dental needs.
This dental office is amazing! The staff is so courteous, shook my hand when I walked in, gave me a tour of the office and showed me where everything was. They genuinely cared about your oral care and take the time to explain things to you. You don't find that anymore. I had some fillings done recently and it was an even more confirmation of how professional they are. They made sure I was comfortable and ready. The office called me the next day to see how I was feeling and make sure everything was alright. Again, you don't find that level of care anymore. If you are looking for a FANTASTIC dental office then look no more! Dr. VanTran and his staff is top of the line! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I went in the following day for my deep cleaning and I was scared to death. I had a very bad experience with another dentist when I had a deep cleaning a few years back. I am difficult to numb and the other hygienist at the other dentist essentially ignored me and kept doing the procedure even though I could feel it. So naturally when I came in here I was very nervous. Susan the hygienist who was doing my cleaning picked up on that and asked me what was wrong and when I told her what happened she was very sympathetic and assured me that she would not do that to me and she would make sure I was numb before she did anything. It had been years since my last dentist appointment and they did not judge me for that or make feel bad. They said it was understandable after my experience. I had been having some gum and tooth pain for a while now and was so scared to go to the dentist that dealt with it until I could not anymore. It was difficult to floss and brush properly and that effects things. I knew they would get me good as new though. Susan was amazing and she has such a calming voice. She kept me very calm during the whole procedure. I was getting my entire mouth done at once so it was a long procedure. There were some areas of my mouth that were difficult to get numb but she stuck with it and got me numb eventually. She made sure I was doing ok throughout and it was not bad at all. I was sore after the medicine wore off and some of the following day and that is it. I healed very quickly. My gums are no longer in pain and it feels amazing! I went in yesterday for my first set of fillings. I had 5 cavities and they split the appointments in two. The did the top of my mouth first. I was nervous about these because I had never had a cavity before this so I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Tran did this procedure and he was awesome. He knew ahead of time I was difficult to numb so he made sure I was numb before he started anything. I felt nothing he did a great job. Once the numbing wore off I was not even sore at all. This was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The deep cleaning was more intense and that was not bad to begin with. And Tuesday I am going in for the last set of fillings. They are doing the bottom this time and that also went extremely well. It was all quick and painless and my mouth was not sore at all once the medicine wore off. The greatest thing is I had no fear today. These people have fixed my fears of the dentist and I am more compelled to follow up properly without fear. I am happy to say my mouth is completely healed and back to normal from all the procedures. I can eat, brush properly and floss without any discomfort. My gums look much better too. I am so glad that I am over my fear of the dentist so I can properly care for my teeth and gums and not have to go through these procedures again. My summation is this is an awesome dental office. The staff is polite and awesome. The lay out a very detailed plan so you know exactly what is going on and how much it will cost. I have some follow up appointments that I will definitely be keeping and I will call them if I have any other problems. I look forward to maintaining all this I had done. They really care about their patients and they do not judge your situation and are sensitive if you are scared. They go out of the way to make you comfortable in every way. If that means making sure you are numb, grabbing you a bottle of water, getting you a pillow while you are in the chair, or asking you what you want to watch on TV they find a way to make sure you feel at home. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend! They even have this incentive program in place that if you recommend new patients you are given a raffle ticket and put into a drawing. They give you cards that are coupons for a $75 dollar new patient exam. I have those coupons so if you want one message me. You will get your own to give out if you become a patient. Let me know! :-)

In my 62 years, I can remember only two times that I’ve left my cleaning appointment laughing and virtually pain-free. Both times were with Taylor. In fact, when asked if I had a preference of hygienist, I said, “I like the man…” (it had been a year and a half!! I couldn’t remember his name.). He reminded me AND gave me his card. Oh yeah!!! And he gave me a beautiful smile to go with it! Thank you Taylor! And I have to give a shout-out to Dr. Tran! He’s genuinely kind and interested in his patients. He just really goes that extra mile to provide great care.

I had the BEST experience EVER!! From my first exam through the extractions to the restoral of my smile. Angelica, Sophia, MJ, and Allie are all so wonderful! They were patient,kind,and genuinely concerned for me. Even when I wasn't so nice to them.(I'm so sorry Allie) Dr. Trann is such an extraordinary human and an amazing dentist!!! I had lost a filling on my family vacation so I called the first dentist closest to my family's home. Not only did they help me out within a couple hours, but I wasn't charged any sort of emergency penalty and I was able to get my tooth fixed as well as a cleaning that I had scheduled back in LA for four weeks after my visit here! The staff is very friendly including Jen and everyone else at the front desk. Taylor the hygienist is extremely easy to work with and does his best to keep you calm even if you don't have dentist anxiety. Overall the place is clean, welcoming, and trustworthy. I'm definitely driving from LA up here for my check ups from now on. Worth the drive for me.

I think he best hygienist work at Dr. Tran's office, Taylor being my one of my favorites. He genuinely cares about my teeth and he listened to my concerns with my gum line. He gave me some suggestions for what I should do. Now that same day I also had a new crown put in, Dr.. Tran was super efficient getting my crown in. He and his assistant whose name I didn't catch did a great job. Looking forward to seeing them in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Great customer service they treat you as they want to be treated it is very important they also are very friendly and accommodating I am very anxious sitting in one place the first procedure took a little bit longer than I expected but at the end I was pain free two weeks later I got my crown put in looks nice I am pleased I will be back next week for a couple of fillings replaced hope this review helps you make a decision and those being the doctors at Ivory Dental they have other locations as well.

I went in for a 5:30 appointment leaving my family during the frenzy of dinner feeling rushed and in pretty foul mood. The front desk quickly assured me that they would try and get me out of there as quickly as possible. Taylor, the hygienist, was super pleasant and friendly and quickly changed my mood. Dr. Tran followed and was quick, precise, but made sure to check in with me to make sure my health was overall ok. I truly appreciated their professionalism. It was not their fault I booked a late appointment and had a hectic day, but they went out of their way to turn things around. They are fantastic!

The staff are very professional and friendly and the office is clean and modern. Dr. Ricky is very friendly and cares about his patients. He ensured that I was comfortable and in no pain, while I received my fillings. Bonus! If your looking for the best Dental Hygienist in the area, look no further. Taylor performed my deep cleaning and he was very professional and caring. He ensured that I was numb and comfortable through the whole procedure. i really loved this place e Dr Rick Tran amazing. He helped me when i was i so much pain from other denist at Speckles never again will i go there. I had a tooth extraction in pain for 11 days i went back to them they didn't help. So Dr Tran found my problem it was dry pockets help so much better. I very much recommend them
Manteca Dental Care has some of the best staff I've came across in awhile. They're accommodating and they do their best at making such an uncomfortable process feels much more comforting. Michelle, was hilarious and did an amazing job. Making sure I was ok every step of the way. Their movie selection is pretty good as well. Dr. Tran took his time at making sure he chose the best group of individuals to place on his team. I got a laser treatment of gums. I'll be scheduling my next appointment soon.

I just had my visit at the Manteca Dental Care facility. 5 out of 5 star experience! The staff was warm and friendly. It was my first visit. It was an easy process to fill out the new patient forms. I was greeted with smiles and friendly personalities. Erika Hernandez took me on a tour of the facility to allow me to get a good feel of the area and the staff. A painless and comfortable X-ray process was done. She checked on my comfort levels throughout the process and explained the steps she was taking throughout the process. I was focused more on the movie than the actual process. Before I knew it she was all done and ready for the Dr. to step in and preform his exam. Dr. Wang was extremely professional! He introduced himself and gave me a little description of the process then asked if I had any questions. The exam was thorough yet didn't feel like a drag. He told me what type of steps would be needed in order for me to protect my current teeth and the steps needed and recommended in order to ease any discomfort from future problems. I felt so comfortable at this point with them that I asked if we could do a clean-up while I was there. The staff was awesome and squeezes me into their schedule right there and then! Taylor was the gentleman that assisted me with my clean-up. He was very informative, and respectful of my comfort levels. From time to time he would make sure my comfort was still top notch and it was. He explained it all from the beginning so there were no surprises throughout the procedure. Many people avoid the dentist due to previous experiences, I promise you, Dr. Wang and his staff will make you change your mind. Warm, friendly, caring, and genuine people work at this facility! Take care of your teeth, its never too late, and trust the amazing staff of Manteca Dental Care with your smile and oral health! My next visit is already set in Dec. Can't wait to feel this great again. Keep up the great work, guys!

I have been with Dr. Tran since he started his business in 2006. I was with Dr. Richmond before he bought the business from her. He has maintained the same atmosphere of a friendly doctor owned business for all these years. His dedication and honesty make his business very successful. He has passed his enthusiasm and dedication on to all his employees. He also somehow put me out of a lot of money by influencing both my kids to attend UCLA, his alma mater. The staff is very accommodating and they really do work with your schedule, especially the janitor(treatment coordinator) Rachel. We have also found a hygienist that we also like working with (Michelle). They actually listen to your criticism and work with there staff to correct the situation. I have know Dr. Tran since he started in Manteca and recommend him with 100 percent confidence.

I can't say enough about this dental office ! From the person at the front desk to Dr Tran My daughter had an appt at a different office to get her wisdom teeth out Well the other office kept putting it off and she was in horrible pain. I called the office explained the problem and asked if they could help. The first thing she said was come in for a free consultation. I told her about my daughters pain , her response was no way will Dr Tran let her leave in pain. Everyone knows you can't get your wisdom teeth out in one day , right ? NO not true . I called the office at 12:30 she had an appt at 2:30 by 5:00 all 4 of her wisdom teeth were removed. I highly recommend DrTran for your dental needs. The whole office was second to none I would personally like to thank everyone in the office and especially Dr Tran for treating her just like she was family. Thank you thank you. Now back to getting her some jello

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Not only that, but Dr. Rick Tran is the BEST dentist ever!!! ALL of his staff members are also AMAZING!!! They go above & beyond to make your life easy. I'm from the East Bay & found this place while visiting friends in Manteca. I was having a really bad toothache that day, so my friends recommended me this place. I called in & explained my situation. The clerk immediately squeezed me in to see Dr. Tran for that day. She said Dr. Tran was actually fully booked, but since my situation needed immediate attention, she was able to squeeze me in. She didn't want me to be in pain overnight since I won't be going back to East Bay to see my dentist until the next morning. The staff were very friendly & greeted me when I came in. There were big screen TV in every room with a movie showing. I get very nervous during dental procedures, but Dr. Tran was amazing! I mean AMAZING!!! He made me feel right at home & calmed my nerves. I have never met a dentist that was able to do that. I didn't even feel like I was in a dental office getting a procedure done. The quality of his dental work is also excellent!!! It is so hard to find a great dentist like Dr. Tran. I have been coming here for a few years now & every experience has been wonderful. I have stopped seeing my dentist in the East Bay & would rather drive to Manteca to get Dr. Tran to do my dental work. I really like that they focus on preventive care. They let me know what dental work needs to be done & what I might want to do later to prevent cavities from getting worse. But they don't pressure me to get anything done. They leave it up to me how I want to handle my dental health. I really like this approach because knowing all my dental issues ahead of time, I can plan what dental work I want to do now vs later. I rather take care of any major cavity issues now than pay more down the line if I end up loosing the tooth and have to get an expensive implant. With the information they give me about my gums & cavities, I feel that I have full control over my dental health. Other pros: They do really fun things like raffles tickets for gifts. Sometimes, the gift was even a huge flat screen TV!!! There is also a little play area for kids! If you have kids, this is a great dental office for you. The staff are amazing with kids. They have stickers & other things for them. Dr. Tran is a father & really knows how to calm the kids. They also send out this fun newsletters with really interesting dental facts & they remember your birthday because you get birthday cards. They truly treat you like a family of their own. I can go on & on about all the great things about this place, but you really have to see it for yourself. They have a new patient referral package with a really great price. You will not regret getting your dental work here!

I needed a teeth cleaning and now that I turned 23, I no longer have any dental insurance. This business offered a teeth cleaning with other commodities such as an exam and X-Ray for only 75$. Pretty good deal. The office was clean and kept. I entered all my patient health information online previous to arriving, so I was able to be seen in around 5 minutes. I was given a tour and was informed what procedures would be performed. Any questions I had were answered by either the hygienist or dental assistant. The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and provided good patient education. The whole process took around 1.5 hours, which isn't bad for a X-Ray, exam, and cleaning. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean. No surprises or hidden fees (which I've had issues with before at other establishments). I'll happily come back for my cleaning in 6 mo and would recommend this practice to anyone in there area. Protip:Go on their website and enter your PHI before arriving, it speeds up the process.

As soon I walked in I was greeted. I filled out paper work for 5 mins and it's better than 20 lol. I was totally late and they took me in anyways. There was no wait and the accommodations was comfy. It felt great to talk to the ladies taking care of me... Mr. Tran is man told me what I needed to here with grace. Didn't feel judged and felt extremely thorough. Here is were my teeth will call home lol. Except my wisdom teeth he's says yall got to go.. lol

There is nothing to love about getting work done at a dentist! I can honestly say, since coming to Manteca Dental I have not had any problems or anxiety with having my teeth worked on! Example, needed four crowns, had them all done in one trip and it was a long procedure but the staff and Dr are amazingly compassionate and understanding! I HIGHLY recommend Rick and his amazing team at Manteca Dental! All my experiences are a good one!

We are new to California and I was dreading having to find a good dentist for our family. I did some research online and decided I would start off with Manteca Dental Care, given they had the best reviews. Well, after the first visit was over, I knew that was the end of my search! Oh my gosh, everyone, and I mean everyone was so incredibly friendly and all smiles! It wasn't easy to get my 4 year old in the chair to do a procedure, but they made him feel so comfortable. He now begs me to take him to the Dentist!

want the short review? scroll down. want to know why i give them 5*? read on!! ok, so a little about me, i'm a pussy. like, i hate needles, i hate the dentist i hate blood and i can't take pain. this is why i held off on my wisdom teeth extractions for like 5+ years....not only that, i also needed an implant and was scared to DEATH about it. i needed to find someone that would put me under. [to give you an understanding of how much of a wus i am, my mom had to pay an extra $300.00 for me to get a root canal bc the dentist had to close the doors and have each of his assistance/staff come in to calm me down.] i posted on facebook about needing a dentist that would be able to put me under and low and behold, a friend told me about rick. turns out i met him and his wife before!! i had NO idea he was a dentist when we met. anyways, she had him call me and i explained what i needed (2 extractions, 1 implant, deep cleaning, a crown replaced and 2 fillings.) the implant and extractions were what i held off for too long. i set up an appointment for him to check out my teeth and he was like "no problem. i got this" i told him i needed to be put under bc i was such a scaredy cat. he even took a picture of my wisdom teeth, and oh my god....they're disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!! now i see why they told me i was out of time lol ok, so the procedure. i got the sedation where it's not an IV, you take a pill...it's a disgusting pill btw, and although they said that i won't remember anything and i'll be asleep, i was awake and i pretty much remember everything (this, is my fault i should have told them that i'm not sensitive to medication and usually need an extra dose of everything) but dr. tran was very attentive and saw when i was feeling some pain and quickly gave me a shot of whatever it is they use to numb you. they also gave me more of that disgusting pill to keep me sedated. it's now the day after and i have 2 holes in my mouth and a screw lol. i researched him online, and saw bad comments from a few years ago, and a couple other out-dated reviews but i gave him a shot. i didn't feel like emphasizing my hatered of pain and needles to anyone else. and dr. tran said he can get everything done at once, everyone else was like "naaah, come 2 or 3 times" pfft. im scared bro. i don't wanna keep coming back!! i came from LA to stay in San Jose to come see this guy. and i do not regret it at all. true, i may be doped up right now but i'm soo thankful it was all done at once and i don't have to worry anymore. not to mention, his prices are very fair. dental treatment is expensive but getting it all done in 1 sitting was worth it for me. he was the third cheapest quote i found but the cheapest guy told me i have to come in 3x and well, i was already kind of hesitant of going with the lowest priced doctor....."you get what you pay for" right? well, not with dr. tran! do i recommend these guys to you? damn right i do!! the only thing i don't like is that dr. rick is so far from my san jose house. i'd switch dentists right away. thank you guys! thank you soooooo much!!

Great office! Dr. Tran and his staff takes great pride in taking care of his patients. Manteca Dental stays up to date on all dental technologies. Dr. Tran specializes in Implants, Bone grafts, Cosmetic dentistry, Orthodontics, Pediatrics, Sleep Apnea studies, Night guard treatment to help treat TMJ, and One Day Crowns! This is a great office, and the staff will take great care of you and your dental needs.
This dental office is amazing! The staff is so courteous, shook my hand when I walked in, gave me a tour of the office and showed me where everything was. They genuinely cared about your oral care and take the time to explain things to you. You don't find that anymore. I had some fillings done recently and it was an even more confirmation of how professional they are. They made sure I was comfortable and ready. The office called me the next day to see how I was feeling and make sure everything was alright. Again, you don't find that level of care anymore. If you are looking for a FANTASTIC dental office then look no more! Dr. VanTran and his staff is top of the line! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I went in the following day for my deep cleaning and I was scared to death. I had a very bad experience with another dentist when I had a deep cleaning a few years back. I am difficult to numb and the other hygienist at the other dentist essentially ignored me and kept doing the procedure even though I could feel it. So naturally when I came in here I was very nervous. Susan the hygienist who was doing my cleaning picked up on that and asked me what was wrong and when I told her what happened she was very sympathetic and assured me that she would not do that to me and she would make sure I was numb before she did anything. It had been years since my last dentist appointment and they did not judge me for that or make feel bad. They said it was understandable after my experience. I had been having some gum and tooth pain for a while now and was so scared to go to the dentist that dealt with it until I could not anymore. It was difficult to floss and brush properly and that effects things. I knew they would get me good as new though. Susan was amazing and she has such a calming voice. She kept me very calm during the whole procedure. I was getting my entire mouth done at once so it was a long procedure. There were some areas of my mouth that were difficult to get numb but she stuck with it and got me numb eventually. She made sure I was doing ok throughout and it was not bad at all. I was sore after the medicine wore off and some of the following day and that is it. I healed very quickly. My gums are no longer in pain and it feels amazing! I went in yesterday for my first set of fillings. I had 5 cavities and they split the appointments in two. The did the top of my mouth first. I was nervous about these because I had never had a cavity before this so I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Tran did this procedure and he was awesome. He knew ahead of time I was difficult to numb so he made sure I was numb before he started anything. I felt nothing he did a great job. Once the numbing wore off I was not even sore at all. This was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The deep cleaning was more intense and that was not bad to begin with. And Tuesday I am going in for the last set of fillings. They are doing the bottom this time and that also went extremely well. It was all quick and painless and my mouth was not sore at all once the medicine wore off. The greatest thing is I had no fear today. These people have fixed my fears of the dentist and I am more compelled to follow up properly without fear. I am happy to say my mouth is completely healed and back to normal from all the procedures. I can eat, brush properly and floss without any discomfort. My gums look much better too. I am so glad that I am over my fear of the dentist so I can properly care for my teeth and gums and not have to go through these procedures again. My summation is this is an awesome dental office. The staff is polite and awesome. The lay out a very detailed plan so you know exactly what is going on and how much it will cost. I have some follow up appointments that I will definitely be keeping and I will call them if I have any other problems. I look forward to maintaining all this I had done. They really care about their patients and they do not judge your situation and are sensitive if you are scared. They go out of the way to make you comfortable in every way. If that means making sure you are numb, grabbing you a bottle of water, getting you a pillow while you are in the chair, or asking you what you want to watch on TV they find a way to make sure you feel at home. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend! They even have this incentive program in place that if you recommend new patients you are given a raffle ticket and put into a drawing. They give you cards that are coupons for a $75 dollar new patient exam. I have those coupons so if you want one message me. You will get your own to give out if you become a patient. Let me know! :-)
